Our online platform does the heavy lifting behind the scenes, allowing you to focus your energy on creating the best race experience. Participants can join teams, change their race wave and transfer their ticket to a friend (subject to your own pre-set fees), at the click of a button; encouraging user-autonomy and reducing the volume of customer queries. 


With themed email templates, you can market to potential leads who have dropped their registration, or communicate with your participants before and after events. 


Access dashboard data to see who is coming to your events, who is buying what, and how your ticket sales are performing over time. With our CSV exports and our API, you can plug the data we hold into whatever system you use.

Go paperless. Downloadable waivers are digitally signed and stored online. Participants download branded and QR code-ready tickets from their profile.

Event registration

Our registration flow is customisable, allowing the event organiser to apply their own theme and branding. It supports custom questions in eight languages, allowing for multi-lingual registration flows. Event organisers can choose to up-sell merchandise or accommodation at the point of purchase.


Your participants will get an experience from your brand, not ours. The registration flow, results pages, email communications, and event-day check-in experience will all have your look and feel. 


We take payments in seven currencies, support different payment options, and optionally offer instalment plans where participants can pay the cost of their order over several months. With multiple tickets, early-bird discounts, group discounts, and promo-codes, you have complete control over your pricing - no matter how complex.

Events Anywhere

If our technology doesn’t cross your mind once on event-day, it means we’re doing our job right. From check-in, to the finish line, our host of event-day apps were built to work hard behind the scenes. 

Iffy Wi-Fi? No problem. Our event-day technology works offline. We can work anywhere in the world and often do, whilst still offering our same full service. For race timing, we have the experience and the technology to get our timing points anywhere you want - from the tip of the Alps to the Saharan sand dunes.

With our dynamic allocation, and other event-day tech, your participants will notice how slick your event was. With no queues, they get to spend more of their day enjoying the event experience. 

At check-in, we allocate their timing chip, race number, and RFID wristband on the fly. This means that with fewer volunteers, and no pre-event envelope stuffing, participants can turn up and get checked in without queues.

Timing and results


Live results

Give them their results before they catch their breath. At the finish line, racers can see their times on the big screen, scan their tags on our results app, or check their phone for the SMS message we've sent them. Their friends and fans can see their results online on your themed results page.

Live split points

Track a racer's progress through the course will our live split times, whether it's a triathlon transition, or a split point on a mountain top.


Our versatile multisport tags work for a wide range of sports.


Automatically apply penalties to participants based on rules you set up. Link this with our challenges app to give participants a time penalty if they fail challenges around the course.
