Our online platform and event-day technology automate time-consuming tasks for event organisers and their participants. Our technology has been developed through listening to our clients’ needs and our years of event consulting and event-day experience.
A customisable online platform
Our registration flow is customisable, allowing the event organiser to apply their own theme and branding. It supports custom questions in eight languages, allowing for multi-lingual registration flows. Event organisers can choose to up-sell merchandise or accommodation at the point of purchase.
We take payments in seven currencies, support different payment options, and optionally offer instalment plans where participants can pay the cost of their order over several months. With multiple tickets, early-bird discounts, group discounts, and promo-codes, you have complete control over your pricing - no matter how complex.
Reporting and analytics
Access dashboard data to see who is coming to your events, who is buying what, and how your ticket sales are performing over time. With our CSV exports and our API, you can plug the data we hold into whatever system you use.
MARKETING AND COMMS
With themed email templates, you can market to potential leads who have dropped their registration, or communicate with your participants before and after events.
Participants can join teams, change their race wave and transfer their ticket to a friend (subject to your own pre-set fees), at the click of a button; encouraging user-autonomy and reducing the volume of customer queries.
Our event day tech
At check-in, we dynamically allocate anything that the participant needs, whether it's a timing chip and bib number for a race or an RFID wristband for a festival or conference. This means that with fewer volunteers, and no pre-event envelope stuffing, participants can turn up and get checked in without queues. Our tablet check-in app is so simple to use that no experience is needed for the volunteers - just look for the big green tick!

Our customer service team are on hand to help with event set-up, answer any participant queries and they'll also support and train your CS staff, free of charge. We're always available in person, on the phone or by email, supporting you through the whole process, and our event team will be there on the day to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.

Our event-day technology works offline. We can literally work anywhere in the world and often do, whilst still offering our same full service. With race timing, we have the experience and the technology to get our timing points anywhere you so wish - from the tip of the Alps to the Saharan sand dunes.
With our dynamic allocation, and other event-day tech, your participants will notice how slick your event was. With no queues, they get to spend more of their day enjoying the event experience.
